Where Lego Marvel’s Avengers was constrained by the characters and plotlines of the phase 1 and phase 2 Marvel movies, Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 returns to the world-hopping, hero-jumping lunacy of the first Lego Marvel Super Heroes game. It helps that, like the most recent Marvel movies, it revels in the sheer intergalactic craziness of the Marvel comics universe without restraint. I want to recommend Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 because it’s so much fun. In fact, it’s the best superhero game TT Games has yet produced, beating both the original Lego Marvel Super Heroes and last year’s Lego Marvel’s Avengers, not to mention my previous personal favourite, Lego Batman 2.

A huge Marvel adventure with full local co-op support.True believers will get more than their money's worth from this one. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 is a blast for Marvel fans, with hundreds of characters great and small, 20 huge levels with full co-op support, and a vast and beautiful open world to explore. While it's true that a LEGO game will never surprise anybody, the individual games can still be tons of fun – especially when you like the property involved.
